Alvin started at Print Tech in part time production support in 2012. By 2015, he developed his skills in print production to earn full time employment in bindery. He brings a great attitude and a smile to work everyday making a positive impact on the Print Tech Team.

- Kayaking and biking are on the top of his list of recreation activities that he enjoys.
- Artistic expression through painting and drawing is a passionate hobby, which comes from his family.
- Alvin attended Frederick High School in Frederick Maryland where he developed his drawing and painting skills.
- He moved on to Northwest Connecticut Community College to become the Art Champion, as the top artist at the school.
- His teachers helped him sell some of his pieces.
- Alvin likes to travel when he has the opportunity.
