Print Tech has just installed state–of–the–art finishing equipment including the Moll Flexcut Rotary Diecutting System as well as Moll Vantage In-line Gluer/Folder system.

Moll Flexcut Rotary Diecutting System

The Moll system strongly improves Print Tech’s in-house diecutting capabilities, enabling us to complete jobs faster and with more value.

This sheet-fed system allows us to diecut an infinite number of shapes and sizes including substrate thicknesses up to 24pt paperboard. It is ideal for finishing boxes, cartons, labels, pocket folders and other types of packaging. The key benefit of being able to produce 100% knickless work allows for high end finishing work. Moll Vantage In-line Gluer/Folder

This high-speed converting machine is ideal for presentation and pocket folders, straight-line boxes, tabletop tents, sleeves, room key holders, and much more. With additional added capabilities we can now automate our double-sided taping in line!

The system is a combination of a (lick links to see videos) cutter and gluer.
