Mailing Manager – Full Time

Ownership of all mailing functions for Print Tech of Western PA. This includes but is not limited to handling all aspects of the mailing department such as timely and efficient management of timelines and due dates for client work, knowledge of the USPS guidelines and building a working relationship with the USPS, knowledge of AccuZip and BCC software and the ability to effectively communicate to and build trust with our internal team. Always striving for and looking for ways to continuously improve the mailing department.

Job duties as listed but not limited to:

– Working knowledge of BCC Mail Manager and AccuZip Mail software
– Working knowledge of direct addressing, tabbing, inserting and read/write equipment
– Working knowledge of swing arm and friction fed mailing equipment
– Experience in USPS bulk mailing including Mail Anywhere and Seamless Mailing

Additional duties as listed but not limited to:

– Effective communication
o With our internal team regarding due dates, materials needed, and changes in postal requirements
o With management on escalating concerns
– Organization of the mailing area
o Ensure area is neat and orderly
o Maintaining the appropriate levels of postage and USPS materials
– Attend and be active in the daily morning production meeting
– Ultimately ensure that all client due dates are met


– Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent
– Ability to work in a fast paced, everchanging environment
– Outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously improve
– Ability to lift 35lbs
– Strong computer skills

Sales Professional

Print Tech seeks highly effective and efficient sales professionals who serve their customers well and endeavor to generate $3 million of sales annually.


  • Have high goals: expect to sell $3 million annually with fast ramp up time
  • Be confident in your ability to articulate and communicate with decision makers
  • Be self-motivated, honest, instinctive, optimistic and upbeat and goal driven.
  • Must be a team player; be supportive and communicate well with all levels of the company
  • Be educated on print equipment, industry and marketing trends and competition
  • Be Prepared: know your customers, their strengths and needs, and have a plan to keep a positive dialog during the meeting
  • Attack the market: plan the month, weeks, days ahead of time and set appointments accordingly
  • Keep track of progress and sales numbers and where they stand in relation to forecast goals
  • Stay accountable through real time CRM data entry of communications and opportunities


  • College degree
  • Prefer 4-6 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Experience in the commercial print industry is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and use of CRM system
  • Demonstrate the ability to actively listen to client needs and formulate solutions
  • Very good verbal skills, including the ability to be persuasive
  • Ability to remain calm during tight time frames
  • Outstanding attention to detail; highly organized
  • Ability to communicate and act in a professional manner at all times with customers and employees
